Monthly accounts in order, financial statements ready when needed
We handle your company's monthly accounting and prepare your tax and Zakat returns and financial statements ahead of their deadlines, so missing financial documents never hold up a qualification or classification file.
- Assessment before we start
- A written scope of work
- Linked to qualification and classification files
When do your accounts start holding your company file back?
The problem usually only shows when a buyer asks for a financial document, or a return deadline comes close.
Irregular books
Late or incomplete entries make preparing the year-end financial statements harder and slower.
Last-minute returns
Little time before return deadlines raises the chance of comments and corrections later.
Financial statements not ready
Some qualification files ask for financial statements, and contractor classification relies on audited statements; without them, the file is delayed.
Invoices that miss the requirements
E-invoicing has requirements set by ZATCA, and the invoicing system you use must meet them.
Accounting services you pick according to your company's needs
We set the scope after assessing where you are today. You can start with a single service or with full monthly accounting.
Monthly accounting and reports
Recording entries, bookkeeping and monthly account reconciliation, with a short monthly report on revenue, expenses and financial position.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
Registration support, and preparing and reviewing periodic returns before they are submitted from the establishment's own account.
Zakat and income tax
Preparing the annual Zakat or income tax return and its supporting documents.
Annual financial statements
Preparing the financial statements for audit, and coordinating with the licensed auditor your company chooses.
Four steps from assessment to monthly operation
We organise the start so you know what we need from you, and what you will receive and when.
-
01
Current financial position assessment
We review your books, past returns and available documents, and identify the gaps.
-
02
Scope and proposal
We agree the services, delivery dates and access rights in a written proposal.
-
03
Handover and organisation
We receive the documents, organise the accounts and complete whatever is needed before operation starts.
-
04
Operation and follow-up
We carry out the monthly work, prepare returns and statements ahead of their deadlines, and send you whatever needs your approval.
Accounting tied to your company file, not separate from it
Because we prepare registration, qualification and classification files, we know when a file will need financial statements or a valid Zakat certificate, so we keep your accounts ready before they are requested.

Companies that want orderly accounts without a full finance department
Small and medium-sized companies without a full-time accountant; contracting companies preparing for qualification or classification that need financial statements ready; and companies that want accounting and HR handled by one provider.
The most reliable information starts at the source
Deadlines and requirements change from time to time, so we always recommend checking them with the official authorities.

Quick answers before you start
What does the monthly accounting service include?
Recording entries, bookkeeping and account reconciliation, with a short monthly financial report. The final scope and delivery dates are set out in a written proposal after we assess your company's position.
Do you issue audited financial statements?
No. Audited financial statements are issued by a licensed auditor. Our role is to prepare the accounts and statements for audit, coordinate with the auditor your company chooses, and follow up the auditor's comments until the audit is complete.
Why do buyers ask for financial statements in a qualification or classification file?
Some buyers ask for financial data or statements as part of supplier qualification, depending on the type of qualification, and contractor classification relies on audited financial statements among its criteria. Ready statements help the file, but they do not guarantee it will be accepted; the final decision rests with the target buyer or entity.
What are ZATCA's return deadlines, and who submits the returns?
According to ZATCA, the Zakat or income tax return is due within 120 days of the end of the financial year, and VAT returns are filed periodically, for the period ZATCA sets for each business. Your establishment's account on the ZATCA portal stays in its name; we prepare the return and its documents for your company to approve before it is submitted. For up-to-date details, see zatca.gov.sa.
What is Qawaem, and is filing on it mandatory?
Qawaem is the official platform for filing companies' financial statements with the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry decides which companies must file and by when. Our role is to prepare the financial statements so they are ready for audit and then for filing from your company's account.
How is the accounting service priced?
Pricing depends on your monthly volume of transactions, the number of entries and invoices, and the services you need; you receive a written quote after the assessment. Accounting and HR can also be combined in a single monthly agreement.
Are your company's accounts ready for its next qualification file?
Start with an assessment of your accounting position, so we can identify the gaps, the upcoming deadlines and the right service.
- A review of your books and past returns
- Gaps and upcoming deadlines, identified
- A written scope of service
