Companies that trust Edaaat
Buyers our clients register and qualify with, working with us
Logos are shown for identification only. They show buyers where our clients have registered or qualified, or are working towards it with us. Edaaat is not a partner or agent of any of them, and showing a logo does not imply approval or endorsement.
Registering as a supplier does not mean you are qualified
Registration means entering your company's data and documents in the buyer's supplier portal; it usually ends with a supplier number. Qualification is a wider assessment of your technical, financial and safety capabilities and past experience, for a specific category or programme, such as Saudi Energy's unified contract.
So a company can be registered with a buyer and still need to meet further requirements before it can take part in some opportunities. Buyers such as Aramco, NEOM and Marafiq state that registration alone does not guarantee an invitation to tender.
Supplier registration
Creating your company profile in the buyer's portal and uploading the core data and documents to obtain a supplier number.
The first stepSupplier qualification
A wider assessment of capabilities, experience and technical and financial requirements for a specific category or programme, which larger tenders usually require.
A deeper stage
Why do registration and qualification requests stall?
The problem is rarely the registration itself. It is usually the readiness of the file, or how the requirements are followed up.
Missing documents
An incomplete file or questionnaire can delay the request or send it back to you.
Outdated data
Data that differs between documents, or an expired certificate such as Zakat or GOSI, can stop a request, and can even suspend a file after approval.
Buyer requirements
Each buyer has its own categories and criteria, and the category you choose must match the activity on your commercial registration.
Weak follow-up
Slow replies to the buyer's comments can hold a request for longer, and some portals delete incomplete registrations after a set period.
What should you review before registering and qualifying?
No single list applies to every buyer, but these items come up again and again.
Company documents
A commercial registration whose activity matches the target category, Zakat, VAT and GOSI certificates, Chamber of Commerce membership, a bank letter and a signing authority.
Financial position
Audited financial statements, which pre-qualification usually requires. The number of years asked for varies from buyer to buyer.
Past experience
A project record and completion certificates, plus the organisation chart and CVs that show you can deliver.
Technical requirements
Quality and safety certificates, classification, and certificates some buyers require, such as local content or cybersecurity.
A clear path from file assessment to qualification follow-up
We organise the work in stages so your company always knows what is needed and what comes next. We agree the file-preparation time with you; the review time is set by the buyer.
-
01
Company readiness assessment
We review your company and its documents against the target buyer's requirements and choose the right path: registration or qualification.
-
02
Requirements and gaps
A written list of what must be completed for the target buyer, with the scope of work and the price before we start.
-
03
Preparing the registration and qualification file
Your company provides the documents; we review them and draft the file and the answers to the buyer's questionnaires, item by item.
-
04
Registration support
We guide you step by step in your company's own account with the buyer and review the request before it is submitted.
-
05
Qualification follow-up
We prepare the replies to the buyer's comments until it makes its decision, then hand over your company file in good order.
We turn complex requirements into clear, workable steps
We start by understanding your company and the target buyer, then review readiness, identify the gaps, prepare the registration or qualification file, and support the submission and follow-up according to each buyer's requirements. The account and the application stay in your company's name: we act as a readiness advisor, not as an agent for any buyer.

A business partner that gets companies ready for opportunities
Edaaat is a Saudi company that helps local and foreign companies with supplier registration and qualification, contractor classification, ISO certification readiness, technical and financial offers and tender management. After registration or qualification, we stay with you for the next step: a higher qualification, a new buyer or a tender. We also help manufacturers qualify their products with the buyer, and we track the validity of your file's documents after approval so it does not stall.
Registration and qualification with major buyers
We set the requirements by target buyer, not with one template for everyone. Each buyer has its own portal and conditions, and registration with one buyer does not carry over to another.
Saudi Energy (formerly Saudi Electricity)
Supplier registration, and pre-qualification for each category, such as the unified contract, turnkey and transmission.
stc and Tawal
The stc partners hub and Tawal's supplier platform, each with its own requirements.
Saudi Aramco
Supplier registration and qualification by category, with requirements that can include local content and cybersecurity.
National Water Company and Marafiq
Registration and qualification files for contractors in the water and industrial-utilities sectors.
SABIC, NEOM and others
Every buyer has its own portal and conditions; we confirm them before we start.
Naming a buyer does not imply a partnership with it or approval from it: Edaaat is not an agent of any buyer. Registration and qualification decisions rest with the buyer alone, and its official requirements are the reference.
The most reliable information starts at the source
We always recommend checking each buyer's requirements on its official portal. The target buyer is the final reference for any condition or document.

Quick answers before you start
The questions we hear most often about supplier registration and qualification.
What is the difference between supplier registration and supplier qualification?
Registration means entering your company's data and documents in the buyer's supplier portal; it usually ends with a supplier number. Qualification is a wider assessment of technical and financial capabilities and experience for a specific category or programme, so a company can be registered without being qualified yet.
Does registration or qualification guarantee a project?
No. Registration or qualification does not guarantee a contract or a project; acceptance and award decisions rest with the buyer alone. What we commit to is a file that meets the buyer's requirements, and following up its comments until it decides.
Who submits the application and owns the account with the buyer?
The account and the application are in your company's name, and the login details stay with you. Our role is to prepare and review the file and guide you through each step. We are not an agent of any buyer and we do not intervene in its decision.
Which documents are needed for registration and qualification?
They vary by buyer and activity. The most common are the commercial registration, Zakat, VAT and GOSI certificates, Chamber membership, a bank letter and a signing authority. Qualification usually adds a project record, completion certificates and audited financial statements, and may include ISO or classification.
How long do registration and qualification take?
There are two parts: the file-preparation time, which we agree with you after the assessment, and the buyer's review time, which is up to the buyer and which most buyers do not publish. We tell you what we know about your buyer before we start.
Do buyers charge a registration fee?
According to their official pages, many buyers, such as Saudi Energy and Aramco, do not charge for registration; some may charge for additional verification stages. Our fees cover the preparation and follow-up, and we confirm them in writing before we start.
We don't have ISO or classification yet. Can we still start?
Yes. Not every qualification requires ISO or classification; it depends on the buyer, the activity and the type of qualification. The assessment shows what your buyer actually needs, and we can help you prepare anything missing through our other services.
Our application was rejected or our file stalled. Can you help?
Yes. We review the reason for the rejection, or the comment the buyer sent, and fix it before you resubmit. Common causes include an expired document or a category that does not match the activity on the commercial registration.
We are a foreign company. Can you help us?
Yes. We prepare the buyer's requirements for foreign companies with you, including documents attested by the embassy or carrying an apostille, depending on the issuing country, and we check the translation and consistency before upload.
